As a working crew leader, you will be responsible for weekly maintenance of residential and commercial properties.
SALARY RANGE: $21.00 – $29.00 per hour
This position requires a hands-on, take charge person, must have 3-5 years of experience in landscape maintenance with 2 years minimum as crew leader. The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented and able to complete jobs in a safe and timely manner. This position is a good fit for someone who is CLT certified (landscape industry certified) or has the following qualities:
1. Fluent in English.
2. Ability to be on time.
3. Valid NJ driver’s license with clean history.
4. Experience with all aspects of landscaping maintenance — mowing, trimming, edging, leaf clean ups,
mulching, etc.
5. Current experience in the Landscape/Snow Removal field (minimum 2 years as crew leader).
6. Experience driving trailers. (minimum 2 years).
7. Experience with snow plowing, salting and sidewalk operations a plus.
8. Time keeping and daily paperwork.
9. Follow established systems and procedures to complete work safely and on time.
10. Work with, help train, and lead others.
